Shipping & Processing

All of my Rosaries are handmade to perfection. I take my time on each rosary, paying close attention to each detail, making sure that your rosary is nothing less than perfect.


Processing

  • My average processing time is approximately 3 business days, pending that payment has cleared. Please keep in mind that my processing times may change throughout the year, such as Christmas time. You can always view my current processing time in the banner at the top of my homepage or by clicking here.

Shipping:

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via the email that you provided during check-out. If you’ve chosen the free 'First Class Shipping’ method, you should receive your package within 3-5 business days depending on your location. I ship packages daily, Monday through Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays. I use the United States Postal Service for all of my shipping needs, but if you wish to use a different shipping carrier, please feel free to send me an email and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.


    Damaged Items:

  • Each Rosary will come in a drawstring pouch wrapped in bubble wrap for protection from damage during the shipping process. I have yet to have any customer receive their item, and their item be damaged. Should this be your situation and your item arrives damaged, please email me as soon as possible and we’ll start towards a resolution.

Lost Packages:

  • If your package seems to have gotten lost in the USPS system and has been in an “IN- TRANSIT” tracking status for longer than two weeks, please email me and we’ll start towards a resolution.

  • If your package’s tracking number shows “DELIVERED”, and is no where to be found, please email me. I may ask that you wait an extra day to see if it was accidentally delivered to the neighbors house or hidden in a not so easy to find area. If you still haven’t found your package, I’ll be more than happy to ship out a replacement item as soon as possible. I may ask that you make a claim with your post office as well as a police report for a stolen package through your local police department beforehand. Mail fraud is a serious federal crime and will be reported when suspected.
