Returns & Exchanges

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations are accepted.
 


Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are welcome! If you wish to cancel your order, please notify me within 48 hours of placing your order. If your item has already shipped, you will need to ship your item back to me within 7 business days. Orders will be refunded minus any shipping costs, and transaction fees.

  • If you wish to cancel a custom request Rosary, please notify me within 48 hours. If I have already placed an order for materials required for the custom order, the cost of the special ordered materials may not be eligible for refund. Orders will be refunded minus any shipping costs, and transaction fees.


Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are welcome! If you wish to exchange an item, please notify me within 7 business days of receiving your item(s). I’ll send an email with instructions on how to return your item. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for the full exchange value. The customer is responsible for any loss in value of the item and is responsible for any return shipping costs.

  • If exchanging for an item that is higher in cost, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. If the item is lower in cost, the difference will be refunded to the customer. Any refunds will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the item, pending that the item is in its original condition. Customer will be responsible for new shipping costs to ship the new item.

  • Custom Rosaries that have required special ordered materials, are not exchangeable, but if you are unhappy with your Rosary, please notify me and we’ll work towards a solution.


Returns:
